Microsoft has retired Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) and will no longer provide support for that browser. This is the default browser on many TranzCapture PCs that members use to scan check deposits for collection. To ensure smooth continuity of service, TranzCapture users need to switch their computer browsers from IE11 to Chrome or Edge and then update browser certificates and files for each computer being used to scan deposits.
